We don't compromise on quality and stand by our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our creations, simply contact us anytime and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

+ Delivery costs?

We offer free shipping for orders over $35. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information on the checkout page.

+ Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

+ What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
